Vincent Li

Vincent Li is an English-Chinese bilingual attorney specializing in corporate compliance and internal investigation, export control, international arbitration, commercial litigation, and China regulatory counseling. Over the years, Vincent has represented clients across a broad array of industries, including automotive, pharmaceutical and life science, oil and gas, clean energy, semiconductor, telecommunications, media and advertisement, education, retail, and construction. He is currently working with Iris Bennett, the Independent Compliance Monitor for SNC-Lavalin Group, Inc. on behalf of the World Bank, in executing the World Bank’s mandate to review and evaluate SNC-Lavalin global anti-corruption compliance program.
