[Job Duty] - Develop, manage & mentor a geographically distributed team in APAC - Manage business relationship with CMs, PCBA suppliers and part suppliers which located in different APAC regions. - Lead the cost and contract negotiation with CM/suppliers - Manage COGS from through NPI phases to mass production, from SKU down to component levels - Monitor the progress 400+ individual productivity projects, collaborate with engineering/ manufacturing team to speed up the implementation. - Co-work with material team to actively working with CM/ suppliers on the transferred/ old material consumption and the credit back. - Strategic Procurement for moving to Lower Tier CM/ Supplier, lead RFx process - Track and present the productivity figures to senior management in regular basis - COGS Projection and CM/Supplier Allocation strategy [2023-2024 Successful Project: Low-Tier Contract Manufacturer Strategy] Vincent, acts as a key member of the project team, has sourced a fast growing lower tier CM and leading two projects to fulfill the need for low-mid price point products with higher profit margin. 1. ODM business for replacing an entry level products Vincent first identified potential suppliers and undergo the RFI & RFQ process for the applicable model. He then collaborated with other teams to arrange the factory audit in APAC and finalize the candidate. During the whole process, Vincent is the key person presenting the project status to leadership. The result of this project successfully save 20% in cost and grow the volume by 20%. 2. OEM business for core priced products Vincent led his team to actively worked with the new CM and R&D team to generate and review all cost proposals. By integrating with the new CM experience, not only the design has been simplified, but it’s also a SKU-safe change. After all the efforts, the company hit the 20% saving target

Job Duty: - Cost review, analysis and negotiation with the potential CM/EMS - Verification for CM/ Supplier quotation - Manage and assure all changes are implemented per appropriate effectivity time frames - Maintain cost change summary to track every change and COGS projection for AOP - Negotiation for annual price level with existing CM/EMS - COGS tracking during the whole development cycle for new generation product

Job Duty: -Establish Costing function -Seek Cost Saving Opportunities for new/ existing product -New supplier sourcing to improve product quality/ reduce product cost -Verification and analysis for CM/ supplier quotation -Tracking of the commodities price trend

Job Duty: -Estimating and quoting the costs for plastic & electronic toys -Communicate between engineers and vendors to achieve the target cost -Monitoring and updating the cost issues during the project development -Updating the product costs for active items annually
