With 40+ years spanning hands-on engineering, senior operations management, and management consulting, I help organisations across Asia design, build, and operate world-class waste treatment and recycling infrastructure — on time, within budget, and in full regulatory compliance. What I bring to the table: - Designed and delivered Hong Kong's flagship WEEE treatment facility (WEEE·PARK, 30,000 tpy), and two PET bottle recycling plants, one in Indonesia (46,000 tpy processing capacity) and the other in Hong Kong (32,000 tpy) — from feasibility study through commissioning.- Built one municipal solid waste treatment plant (RMB 125M) and two medical waste treatment plants in Mainland China, including establishing WFOEs and navigating the full EIA process.- Deep expertise in quality management (ISO 9001), environmental management (ISO 14001), occupational health & safety (ISO 45001), energy management (ISO 50001), ESG reporting (GRI, IFRS S2, TCFD), and voluntary carbon credits.- Proven track record in sustainability strategy, Scope 1–3 GHG inventories, and circular economy initiatives. My career spans MTR Corporation (13 years in quality engineering and management), senior consulting leadership (TQM Consultants, Apex, W2R Consultants), and C-suite operational roles in waste management across Hong Kong, mainland China, and Southeast Asia. I hold an MBA from Lancaster University and am trained in electrical and electronic engineering.
