My Duties Include: Leading a team of designers, engineers, managers, and operators to develop new manufacturing projects. Facilitating the start-up and manufacturing of new products, create process flow, DFM, track financial and timing information throughout launch, expedite product, communicate with the customer regarding delivery, financial, and engineering issues/information. Technical sales and quoting. Acting as a mentor to new team members by demonstrating effective methods defined by the company's culture as well as ISO and FDA regulations.

As Program Manager, I am responsible for the success of new product development. My project team and I work together with the customer and our suppliers to develop the most efficient processes for NPD with the foremost goal of customer satisfaction and getting a high quality product to the customer in time for launch. I also keep track of project financials to ensure a ROI.
