Understand the workforce needs of the Business Units (Volkswagen PC / VOLVO commercial vehicle) and Back Office at HQ, execute recruitment tasks and handle related selection processes, such as resume screening and recruitment interviews. 2. Maintain good communication with Business Unit managers and employees, understanding their needs and thoughts regarding organizational operations, and the selection, training, utilization, and retention of personnel. Provide HR-related advice and solutions in response to the needs and issues raised by managers and employees. 3.
