Prepare all shipping paperwork including DO, BOL, AWB, CI&PL, HS Code, DGD, and shipping labels. Review orders and conduct final checks to ensure the accuracy and efficiency. • Ensure customs and FDA releases are on time for all import shipments. • Collaborate with colleagues from international offices to schedule bookings, hand off shipments and resolve ongoing issues. • Negotiate with airlines and trucking companies to advocate and plan the best shipping routes on behalf of clients. Business Development & Relations • Manage a global portfolio that averages 30+ clients and $500k+ shipments on a weekly basis.
