(a) Oversee all company secretarial and Board management matters, including:- - Organising and coordinating board meetings, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently and directors receive agendas and board papers within the expected timeline. - Act as one of the liaisons between directors and management. - Drafting precise and comprehensive board meeting minutes, capturing key discussions, resolutions, and action items. - Lead the annual assessment process for directors in accordance with regulatory standards. - Ensuring all company forms and statutory records are kept up-to-date, in line with legal and regulatory requirements. (b) A member of the IPO working group with an active role in preparing the company for listing on Bursa Malaysia which include:- - Coordinating and tracking key project milestones, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements set by Bursa Malaysia and other relevant authorities. - Assist in the preparation and review of critical documentation, including prospectuses, board resolutions, and statutory forms, to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Liaising with external advisors, such as legal counsel and investment bankers, to facilitate due diligence processes and address regulatory queries. - Manage communication between the board, management, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of all required submissions and disclosures.

Responsible for providing support and advice on compliance related matters to all business and non-business unit. Actively involved in the planning, monitoring and testing to ensure that the company's policies as well as regulatory guidelines are being complied with. Review, investigate and prepare report on incidents which involve a breach of the company’s policies, laws, regulations and guidelines. This includes conducting investigation on customer information breaches.

Assisting the Legal & Compliance department on compliance related matters.

Ensure the company is in line with the Law and Regulations of Malaysia. Prepare Annual Report on Compliance Assessment within the company. Assisting the Legal & Compliance Officers on daily task.

To constantly be on the lookout for potential clients. To generate sales.

To manage day-to-day admin work. For example, attending calls, organizing files, draft letters and etc.

I act as a crowd control and as the person to approach when the visitors need more information regarding the Education fair.

Mainly clerical work. To key in data into the system and to manage the letters that comes into the department.

To assist the manager of the shop. To decorate the shop according to the season and assist customer to choose and wrap gifts.
