Navman is one of the leaders in SatNav systems and devices and has a strong presence in Europe, USA and Asia. My daily duties consisted of dealing with high volume of customer queries from America and European countries (UK, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy and Switzerland), providing technical support over the phone and email and ensuring high level of customer service and satisfaction. I was in charge to manage order processing, goods delivery and invoicing. I also had to provide training to new members of staff.

Mecmesin Ltd is a british engineering company specialised in Force and Torque testing mainly working with aeronautics, automotive, pharmaceuticals and medical devices industry. I was responsible for operating manuals high copy-writing regarding force and torque systems and software and creating brochures, datasheets, case studies and technical articles to be published in specialised media. I also had to provide promotional tools for multiple markets including brochures, direct mail leaflets, newsletters, photos and videos. I was in charge of a major project for the company in terms of communication and sales support when I had to create and implement the French website (800 pages of contents, copy-writing, translations, photos, layout and meta-tags. I worked closely with the Marketing and PR Assistant on multiple dedicated projects such as events organisations (fairs and trades shows), conferences organisation and global sales support.

Interiman is a swiss medium-sized company specialised in recruitment into multinational companies. The main part of my work consists in dealing with the entire recruitment process (ads, screening, active search, interviews, briefs, feedbacks, contracts, etc) on one hand, build, develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients on a second hand. As a generalist, I am working with multiple profiles in administration and office management, supply chain and customer service, accounting and finances and also in marketing, communication and legal from the more junior roles to the top-level managers positions (directors and VP level).
