 Working as an 2G RF Consultant in Huawei Technologies Thailand, True Move One Stop project, BKK South region of Bangkok Thailand with 33 sub clusters.  Responsible for the new GSM900 and LTE sites OSS KPI monitoring (3 Hours, 24 hours and 3 days after aired), parameter and physical optimization to meet target KPI.  Responsible in daily GSM routine OSS KPI monitoring and report generation.  In charge in customer weekly GSM Worst cells, Black cells, and gray cells optimization and tracking.  Responsible in Cluster OSS KPI optimization and Acceptance report.  In charge of event sites OSS KPI monitoring, expansion and optimization.  Assist DTA in the physical optimizations of their assigned Clusters

 Working as Team Lead RNO Engineer for Huawei-Globe Telecom Vindicator (FDD & TDD LTE new sites) project.  Responsible for New LTE Sites (FDD & TDD) OSS KPI monitoring and optimization to meet agreed KPI’s (RRC Connection Success rate, E-RAB Success rate, HO Success rate, Call Drop rate, and Throughput.  In charge in DT analysis and recommend physical and parameter change to improve RSRP, SINR and UL/DL Stationary/Mobility Throughput.  In charge in parameter audit/consistency check according to planned.  Schedule and support DT Engineer during SSV.  Prepare Acceptance report.  In charge of Acceptance report presentation with the client for approval.  Attend meeting with vendor and operator.

 Working as 2G RF Optimization Consultant for Bangalink swap out (NSN & Ericsson to Huawei) with 13 BSC, 99 Clusters with more than 1,900 2G sites.  In charge of Optimization and Tuning of the Network as per the KPIs requirement.  In charge in supervising Bangladeshi RNO Cluster owners, KPI and Drive Test Engineers.  I am responsible for the implementation of BSS RF Parameter baseline of 2G sites to improve main KPI (CSSR, DCR, HOSR and Congestion).  Responsible for the swap sites 2G RF parameter mapping and implementation using Huawei LMT. And consistency checking of 2G RF parameters/neighbor after swap.  Maintain the GSM Radio network performance, such as: Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility & Service Integrity. Improve the main KPI, like: Call setup success rate, call drop rate, Blocking rate, Handover Success Rate, and Paging Success Rate.  Responsible in OSS Worst Cell List KPI improvements to ensure KPI targets are being passed.  Responsible for certain network group issue identification including but not limited to poor coverage spot, worst performance cell, suddenly degraded cells, sleeping cells, and congested cells.  Generate daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports.  Assists and support Drive test Engineers before and during the Pre and Post Benchmark Drives.  Responsible for Post Benchmark Drive test reviewed, DT log files analysis, parameters modification to improve the degraded Post BM areas.  Review and submit Pre and Post Benchmark OSS and Drive test reports to Huawei counterpart for approval.  Attend Huawei project meeting.

Radio Network Planning and Optimization (RNP/RNO) Engineer for Huawei Philippines, you played a critical role in the Globe Nemesis Project, managing a large-scale network transition involving over 1,200 sites across 88 clusters. Network Swap-Out (NSN to Huawei): Led the end-to-end 2G/3G parameter mapping, preparation, and consistency checks using Huawei tools (CME iSwap/iConvert). Managed post-swap performance to ensure seamless vendor transitions. Cluster Acceptance & Optimization: Supervised subcontractors for the acceptance of 88 clusters. Analyzed Pre/Post Drive Test (DT) and OSS reports to recommend physical and parameter adjustments, ensuring all KPIs (RSCP, Ec/Io, etc.) met customer standards. Expansion & Capacity Planning: Managed the parameter planning and script creation for new 3G sectors (U2100/U900), 2nd carriers, and Dual Carrier (DC) activations. Oversaw BSC/RNC re-homing and frequency/scrambling code resource management. Feature Implementation: Authored Methods of Procedure (MOP) and executed the activation of advanced 3G features, including CELL-PCH, CS HHO Fail Rollback, and Call Re-establishment. 2G Planning and Optimization Engineer for Ericsson-Smart 41 GSM900 macro sites in North Luzon area.  Performs site and coverage verification using TCP, MCOM, and MAPINFO.  Provides frequency, MAIO, HSN, and FNOFFSET plan.  Provides daily CDD dump for CDD creation, updates cell text file for TEMS Investigation, and update MCOM data file.  Create Cell Design Data (CDD) for integration.  Propose azimuth, antenna height, and antenna tilt for new and existing sites.  Propose site location change for all problematic and hard to acquire sites.  Coordinate with technical survey team and are responsible for site survey reports.  Responsible for working option approval.  Network KPI optimization and monitoring.  Monitor and analyze the daily performance reports and provide possible solutions like parameter adjustments.  Recommend hardware modification such as antenna tilting, re-orientation.  Analyze Drive Test data to evaluate RF related issues in Setup failures, Call Drops, Handover Failures, suggesting missing Neighbor Antenna Changes, down tilt, Reorientation, Neighbor modifications etc.

 3G RF Engineer, Achieve & maintain the Radio Network Performance as per contracted KPIs (Accessibility, retainability, Mobility, & Service Integrity).  Verifications of parameters and configurations for the New Site Integrated  Responsible for drive testing and verification of coverage, functionality of newly on-air sites (AMR, video call, and data).  Monitor & analyze the WCDMA/HSDPA, Voice, and PS Service Radio Network Statistics on daily basis Consistent check of Handover (Intra Cell, Inter Cell).  Responsible for reducing congestion and drops, improving the IRAT Handover, Soft Handover, Location Update, Paging, CSSR, RRC Connection & RAB Establishment Success rate in my designated area for all Voice, Video Packet & High Speed, issuing capacity requests whenever needed.  Process and analyze DT logs for all owned clusters.

• 2G/3G Validation of the VIP Complaint problems to clear any coverage issues.  KPI monitoring and returning.  Analyze Drive test log files.  Create drive routes and test locations for different scenarios of testing and perform test procedures.  Conduct 2G/3G drive test, walk test and static tests on complaint area.  Conduct physical and parameter audits on 2G and 3G sites.  Post processing and analyzing log files to locate network trouble by analyzing drive test data for KPI: drop rate, call set success rate, handover success rate, neighbor cell selection/resection, interference, coverage, quality, and gprs/hsdpa throughput.  Analyze 2G and 3G plots (Rxlev, RxQual, RSCP, and Ec/No), messages and signaling for optimization.  Generate report and recommendations (site addition, repeater, antenna system adjustment, and parameter retuning)  Conduct verification, pre and post drive test/walk test after physical and parameter optimization.  Drive testing the rehomed BSCs for inters BSC handovers and LAC updates on BSC boundaries, verification of call setup/SMS/EDGE functionality.  Coordinate with clients and customers to maintain excellent quality of service.

RF Planning & Site Acquisition: Conducted site hunting, validation, and technical surveys (TSSR). Managed cell design data, coverage prediction plots, and frequency planning (BSIC, HSN, MAIO) for new sites and upgrades.
