About
Multidisciplinary Engineer developing and supporting solutions for lab automation and digitalization in the Life Sciences space. Focusing on designing, deploying, and scaling automated workflows that improve Lab data quality, increase systems reliability and accelerate Design–Build–Test–Learn cycles across lab operations. Currently at DNA Script, I work on developing products for rapid and decentralized DNA synthesis. I implement end-to-end genomics workflows on robotic platforms, including software development, systems integration (hardware, software, biology) , and post-deployment user-facing support, in collaboration with internal and external partners. I strongly value multicultural and multidisciplinary collaborations.

UMR 168 - Computer-aided control of signaling and gene expression in yeast - Implemented an experimental workflow combining live microscopy and cell culture on a microfluidic device - Programmed microscope and peripherals automation (MetaMorph, Python, Bash) - Implemented a data-analysis workflow (Python) integrating machine-learning-based im- age analysis tools to quantify gene expression and growth, both at the single-cell and population levels. - Using these tools, investigated how yeast growth rate correlates with protein production.

4Dcell empowers scientists to push the boundaries of in vitro research, accelerating discoveries while reducing reliance on animal models. - Designed an in vitro assay to mimic wound healing using 4DCell's SmartPattern technology. - Programmed scripts (HCImage) for time-lapse imaging and developed an analysis pipeline (ImageJ, CellProfiler) to quantify cell migration metrics. - Participated in microfabrication and quality control of the chip. - Collaborated with R&D and marketing teams to define applications for 4DCell's Dynamic Micropattern technology.
