Responsible for various project tasks including: • Effectively executing the tender process and monitoring subcontractor’s progress throughout the project timeline • Ensuring contractual responsibilities with subcontractors are delegated • Developing essential business relationships with designers, engineers, subcontractors and clients • Working alongside the Project Manager to maintain the schedule and deadlines, ensure quality completion, and sustain cost control • Facilitate the change order process (pricing, negotiating, processing and assessing any schedule/cost impacts) • Administering RFI and coordinating the shop drawing process
