Calling debtors on various consumer and business debts such as overdrawn checking, medical, Insufficient checks, lines of credit, auto loans, sign products, credit cards, utilities, and check recovery services in order to collect on past due accounts. Other tasks I performed include obtaining contact information, updating accounts with current customer info, requesting itemized statements for customer verification, sending various letters, and negotiating settlements for client/consumer resolution.

My primary duties include contacting prospective and existing home owners in order to pre-qualify new leads and assist the loan officer in processing new refinance or purchase applications. I helped coordinate with the loan processor in obtaining loan documentation needed for processing. Also, I handled different aspects of account maintenance for my boss including data entry for new loans put in process, following up with customers to get requested conditions met, preparing and mailing loan documentation, and updating files when new financial items are received.

Calling consumers on delinquent credit card accounts recently located by skip tracing research in order to resolve charged off credit card debt. Other duties I performed include obtaining contact information from third parties, updating accounts with current location information, sending accounts with incorrect information back to asset investigators, transferring accounts to special assets department members in cases of debt settlement or attorney representation, and negotiating settlements and payment arrangements for client/consumer resolution.
