 Working out a procurement plan based on the sales forecast and BoM.  Review of purchase status on daily basis for aligned plants.  Consolidating quotation price and have tap on tender release dates.  Prepare the purchase requisition for SEA, SPEC and AP Region.  Responsible for operating within the purchasing systems, processing the type of requests raised (Direct and Indirect PR)  Create and Maintain Items/Material in system with the help of quotation and RoHS.  Part checking and raise MRF, extensions and reactivation request.  Coordinate with the warehouse team to check and consume stock availability.  Material receiving in the system for NA region.  Communicating with the suppliers to fulfil all required documents as per our requirements.  Consolidating data from various sources and generating reports that provide an overall view (Publishing weekly reports, monthly reports as well dashboard).  Project Creations to Project Closures (Complete Project Life Cycle). Maintaining BOM Comparisons for projects.  Provide trainings to new resources and solve their queries.  Preparing SOP for the various process/tasks

 Working on ERP-SAP (Material Management module) and responsible for Document Management of the suppliers.  Communicating with the suppliers to fulfill all required documents as per our requirements.  Executed projects independently within given deadlines.  While executing project done data Collation, analyzed SAP reports on weekly basis and fulfilling all the discrepancies from related projects and product groups.  Handling and analyzing material traceability’s related supplier documents.  Working on ERP-SAP and handling all the supplier documents and upload in ERP-SAP to retrieve it easily.  Handling and arranging meeting with UK-Suppliers queries related to the documentation parts of the materials.  Handling material linking to respective documents and creating batch number and Equipment number.

 Meeting New & Existing customers and understanding their requirements & needs.  Solving the problems of customers & follow up for pending orders & payments.  Providing quotations for new requirements & regular consumption items.  Maintaining smooth & reliable relations with customers.  Doing trials for new applications.
