• Segregation of the customer BOM list commodities wise (CPU, MEMORY, TP, IC &PASSIVE, CUSTOMIZED PARTS & NON ELECTRONIC PARTS) • Working on Proactive offers / supplier stock lists. • Prepare daily and monthly reports to ensure customer margin performance. • Support customer management, quoting, cost reductions, price changes, profit analyses and demand and supply upload. • Lead cost saving admin team. • Maintain and Coordinate with sales and purchase team for daily requirement. • Exploring cost reduction opportunities and monitor market trends. • Creating a vender bucket sequence base of vendor ranking.

• Sending Enquiries to suppliers. • Making cost comparison sheet. • Negotiation with suppliers. • Making approval notes of purchase requisitions. • Follow-up of all pending material department wise. • Maintain the lowest possible inventory of regular consumable items. • Material Receipt Note (MRN) clearance from the stores.
