Engineer – E&I (Boiler– Detailed Engineering) Lloyds Engineering Works Limited Currently working as an E&I Engineer handling WHRB, AFBC, and CFBC boiler systems across multiple projects. Assisted in the design and engineering of electrical systems for WHRB, AFBC, and CFBC boilers. Performed electrical load calculations and developed detailed load lists based on P&IDs and equipment ratings. Prepared and reviewed Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), cable schedules, and interconnection diagrams, ensuring design accuracy and compliance. Analyzed P&IDs to finalize E&I scope and ensured proper tagging of instruments and components. Previously worked at Adani Group - Project Role at Dahanu Palghar Maharashtra under the Electrical & Instrumentation Department. Power Distribution & Utilities Assisted in operation and monitoring of plant power distribution systems with hands-on knowledge of 220kV, 132kV, 33kV & 11kV switchyards, transformers, circuit breakers, isolators, and protective relays. Experienced in switchgear inspection, busbar systems, and distribution panel boards. Inspection & Maintenance Conducted regular inspection and testing of motors, transformers, circuit breakers, and cables. Ensured proper earthing/grounding to prevent faults and hazards. Troubleshooting & Safety Identified and rectified faults in electrical distribution systems, troubleshooting 220kV/33kV/11kV feeders to maintain stability and minimize downtime. Actively executed Electrical Energy Audit projects. Switchgears, Automation & Drives Practical experience in Siemens AC Drives (installation, commissioning, parameterization, troubleshooting) and Siemens PLCs for automation and process control. Proficient with TIA Portal, Drive Starter, and Drive Monitor software. Skilled in interpreting SLDs, wiring diagrams, and electrical drawings. During my internship at Tata Steel, I gained valuable hands-on exposure to the functioning of a large-scale integrated steel plant.
