With over 12 years of experience in the export industry, and 8 years in the equestrian industry as an Operations Deputy General Manager, I have developed a strong foundation in product development, production management, and quality control. I have been responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from design and development through to production, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. In addition to product management and quality management I have been instrumental in managing the profit and loss (P&L) for my unit, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability. A key aspect of my role has been fostering and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring that client expectations are met and often exceeded. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with some of the most prestigious equestrian brands, including SmartPak, Schneider Saddlery, Premier Equine, Horseware, Kramer, and Harry Hall. I have successfully developed and managed product lines for these brands, strengthening their market presence and contributing to their growth and our business with them. My expertise in balancing operational excellence with customer satisfaction, combined with my deep understanding of the equestrian market, makes me a strong asset in any operations management role.
