- End-to-end local procurement process for office supplies and project material - Source a reliable forwarder to proceed with import material delivery on time - Coordinate with forwarder and book vessel schedule - Check and review shipping documents such as Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Marks, and BL - Monitoring the custom clearance process - Check and review supplier's invoices to ensure they are legitimate and accurate - Prepare monthly budget dan reports of import expense

- Gather purchase requests from other departments - Source and compare products before adding them to the purchase list - Prepare the monthly budget and reports for local purchases - Assist in import documents review and custom clearance process - Coordinate with clients regarding import material delivery - Monitoring delivery of import materials to the project site

- Prepare necessary documents for purchasing office and project needs - Assist in purchasing office stationary and household - Assist in purchasing supporting material for the project department - Source local suppliers and vendors that can provide goods and services for the company - Update suppliers and vendors database - Data input process into the company's network system - Prepare custom clearance documents for import material
