Customer technical service lead and Application project management: Product application project management: +Project planning & controlling: Time, Involvement resource +Coordinating to run the project from customer requirements until final sample sent to customer: Customer requirements  Packaging Structure and Graphics design  Material selection, Printing technology  Experimental runs  Initial samples  Inspection  Sample sent to customer. +Responsible for investigating the root causes of any issue: when occurring on the samples or when receiving feedback from customers and restart the project until getting approval from customer for mass production. Leading customer technical service activities: +Technology transfer: Initiated Customer technical service process for Corrugated packaging in Vietnam together with experts in Thailand; Responsible for transferring new packaging technology from Thailand to production plants in Vietnam. +Feasibility study: Deeply understanding the technical requirements from customers to evaluate the feasibility of producing the products by existing processes. +Packaging structure design: Designing the optimized packing items/inner-packs/cases by calculation software & graphic software; Suggesting suitable material to meet customer’s requirement with optimized cost. +Improvement: Studying the improvement best practices from other production plants in Thailand to apply for plants in Vietnam; Suggesting the potential improvements to management to improve product’s quality, minimize material cost +Problems/customer complains solving: Investigating the potential root causes regarding to packaging structure/material; being involved in problem solving processes for final containment actions and preventive actions. +Product know how training: for new product family or from request of customers

Packaging designer and Pre-press specialist: + Packaging designer: Graphic design and structure design according to customer’s requirements/expectations (new creation); Developing Artwork/Adjustment for final Artwork for Offset, Gravue and Flexo printing technologies; Responsible for confirming the Proofing internally (with relative departments) and externally with customers. + Pre-press specialist: Main contact window with customer to get the requirements/expectations; Consulting customers the suitable printing technology and material to meet the expectation of product functionality and quality in optimized cost; Developing Artwork/Adjustment for final Artwork for Offset, Gravue and Flexo printing technologies; Processing the Proofing, Screening, Imposition and Printing plates.
