I am a senior HR leader with 30+ years of experience in complex, multi-site manufacturing environments (1,200–5,200 employees), operating at Managing Director and Corporate HR VP reporting level. Throughout my career, I have led large HR organizations, supported greenfield investments, restructuring programs, workforce ramp-ups and governance standardization initiatives within German, American and Asian corporate structures. My core strength lies in building structured, business-aligned HR operations in environments where transformation, scale or stabilization is required. I have extensive experience in: • Multi-site HR leadership • Union negotiations and labor relations • Workforce transformation and restructuring • HR governance and compliance • Executive advisory and senior stakeholder alignment I am currently open to senior HR Director or Regional HR leadership mandates in Hungary and across Western Europe.

I was the first Hungarian employee of the company. Activities: initially, an interpreter, translator, and then took over my German colleague’s duties of setting-up and organizing duties in Hungary. From the appointment of the Executive Director I carried out additional tasks as an Executive’s assistant. From September 1996 Human Resources Assistant: Involved in setting-up and developing the Staff and the personnel department and labor-issues administration. The staff and personnel departments’ administration, being a total number of 535, belonged under my authority.
