As a java developer, I worked on web application servers, and SQL databases. I have gained skills in java, RMI, XML based technologies (XML, XSD, DTD, Xpath), SQL, PL/pgSQL, apache tomcat, and text indexing technologies. I have also gained experience in linux server administration.

I have developed advanced organ segmentation algorithms on MR images, and I also take part in integrating the prototypes into the commercial product. I have gained strong skills in C, C++, java, Qt, CppUnit, ITK, VTK, MITK and medical image processing.
