• Responsible for a large team of despatchers and freight forwarders from main company as well as from organization's subsidiaries in Germany and North Macedonia - monitor work process, handle major problems, advise on minor problems • Interview drivers and monitor their expenses in SAP • Accountable for ensuring that legal requirements for road haulage are met • Handle business cases related to transport and shipments • Negotiation of offers with new clients and potential partners (prices, terms and conditions, fuel surcharge and payment terms) • Communication with partners in order to respond to their requirements and ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth workflow • Operational analysis and ad hoc reports according to the needs of the company • Optimization and control of the transport processes in the company • Collaboration with other managers and team members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures and achieve goals and objectives • Provide training when needed

• Organization, control and monitoring of the transport process of the company’s vehicles (FTL, LTL, import and export) • Generating reports of the drivers' performance • Organization of vehicle maintenance and service • Administrative and insurance activities • Working along with accounting department regarding invoicing trips
