Duties include, but are not limited to the following: - Filing NOP's (Notice of Projects). - Assisting Labor workers with tasks such as framing, demolitions, and cleaning. - Completing 3D models of homes using AutoDesk Revit. - Completing 3D renderings of structures with the help of Lumion. - Completing work site visits to ensure work is proceeding at desired pace. - Performing physical measurements of homes to create floor plans. - Removing dry wall samples for Asbestos testing. - Visiting City Centers to determine status of pending building permits. - Supervising projects. - Producing documents (Contracts, work procedures, and safety procedures). - Performing rough soil excavation calculations. - Other daily office tasks. - Working alongside Project Mangers and assisting them. - Ordering materials necessary for construction, and arranging meeting times with other trade workers. - Assisting with carpentry work such as: Assembling cabinets, Flooring, Installing trims. - Helping with painting, and creating wooden risers for stairs. - Promoting sales by selling clothing to customers. - Helping customers with sizes, and location of clothing. - Checking customers out at cash (Main Cashier). - In charge of answering any phone calls received from customers - Maintaining a clean environment for customers.

My position at this co-op placement consisted of being a Project Managers Assistant. My duties included: - Producing 3D models of residential homes from 2D architectural plans using AutoDesk Revit. - Creating 2D and 3D furnished models of the home interior. This includes furnishing kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, theater rooms, basements, and living rooms. - Reviewed architectural plans, and reviewed site soil reports. - Performed work site visits to ensure construction was proceeding the way it was intended. - Assisted the project manager with other management activities such as contacting other professional companies, and interacting with clients.
