Violation report filing to the DGCA. Interact with FSC, Base Managers, Crew Coordinator, In-flight Services Management, and if required to communicate with crewmembers to solve out their query. TEAM MANAGEMENT Handled multiple projects at the same time ODT & NON-ODT, which was included with 20 team members & headed also evening shift of 100 employees as a shift in-charge. I organized training programs for the project work, Interaction with the client about the project requirements & meet deadlines. Monitoring to the team member’s problems & solve out their problems pertaining to IT services. WORK MANAGEMENT The projects were associated with the formatting in MS-Excel & MS-Word, Html Coding, Market Research, Web Searching, Adobe Photoshop cropping & editing, Coral Draw Editing & Designing, Quality checking of data, PDF, Manage online Database.
