Owned end-to-end of Bingo product (8 internet facing websites) including developers, QA, product, design, and operations. Drove the team technically, architecting and designing solutions. Implemented a 2-year plan of technology strategy. New B2B on-boardings, vendor discussions, user experience, and new content introductions. Technical/networking issue resolutions. Interactions with more than 100 suppliers of Casino games on new integrations, production issues. Integrations with 36 suppliers including bouquets of sub-suppliers. Prioritized work and influenced stakeholders leading to 30% increase in satisfaction of product delivery.

Architected and carried delivery for the securities settlement project for equities/fixed income trades. Saved 192k CHF annual-basis by getting one vendor team converted to inbound. Led Blockchain CoP (Center of Practice) for APAC region. Prototyped a solution by utilizing DLT for market making of leftover event tickets on a private blockchain. Built 4 performing teams and transitioned work to these teams and contributed to end-to-end deliveries. Got STP fails reduction through pattern detection and notification. Ops team headcount reduced by 4 FTE with better STP and shipped the UI of this to Azure in a short time frame of 3 months.

Led/architected in private cloud migration of Spring Boot, Angular, R language based interface for portfolio performance reporting, a client dashboard, for portfolio performance. Chief architect and hands-on developer for credit derivatives eTrading portal, an integrated thick client, for pricing, trade booking and clearing support. Collaborated in the prep stage for developing a framework for CDS settlement using DLT (evaluated 2 tech suites). Data repository creation in NoSQL for clearing prices for credit derivative instruments. Automated price submissions to 3 clearing houses (viz. CME, LCH and ICE).

Set-up a team from scratch and established transaction level cost calculation mechanism, warehousing and reporting to save approx $154m over a period of 4 years. Warehouse generated reports were used by COO, operations people and auto-feed to algorithmic trade routing. Built applications for JASDEC stock loan transactions settlement and JGB pre-settlement matching; timely solutionizing to enable SLB to utilize massive scaling benefits and flexibility. Stock portals reduced 3 FTE and streamlined work for timely delivery resulting in cost savings of $250k.

Coordinated work for 21 developers from onsite for migrating and integrating Java based applications (total 97) after MetLife acquired Travelers Life and Annuity (insurance domain).

Designed and developed a high speed pre-filled form generator (9k pages/hour) to generate PDFs for prospective customers, along with personalized data for them. Developer works for a portal to handle the correspondence electronically, portal for insurance quote generation and management, data warehouse project using Oracle database, Business Objects. Out-of-box solutions to automate monotonous work, unused licenses detection and reusing them resulted in saving $600k.
