EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: 10th Passed from U.P. Board in 2014 with 80.33 % marks. 12th Passed from U.P. Board in 2016 with 75.00% mark TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION: 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic Gonda, U.P. in 2021 with 71% marks. Basic knowledge of Computer. WORK EXPERIENCE: 2 years’ work experience at Navitasys India Pvt Ltd. (TDK Group) in Bawal, Haryana as a Diploma Engineering Trainee from 22/11/2021 to 22/11/2023. JOB RESPONSIBILITY: Handling daily breakdowns on SMT Line. Manpower Planning, handling production achievement as per Production plan with Quality control. To make shift plan & work plan for daily production. Reflow thermal profiling with KIC profiler. Maintain the 5s on the shop floor. Prepare and maintain document– Process control standard, rejection analysis and shift log book, OEE. DWM. Maintenance check sheets, Breakdown history sheet, Rework & scrap. Conduct daily SMT process audit. Responsible for ESD, MSD. Ability to handle and lead team independently. Familiar with all SMT process. Jugde SMT all types of defects. Basics knowledge of all SMT machine. Programming& Break down handle of solder paste printer – DEK (ASM).  Programming & Break down handle of laser m/c (neutek). Knowledge of inventory management. Knowledge of SMT in PCB components rework. Know how to calculate UPPH on hourly basis & how to manage loss. Quality Improvement by using 5s, Kaizen, Poka yoke. STRENGTH: Fully Dedication towards job.
