EHS Responsibilities:  Incident investigation, root cause analysis, implementing its corrective and preventive actions.  Preparation & implementation of EHS Audit/ Inspection plan.  Preparation & Implementation of Annual EHS Training Plan, Evolution of training needs and conduct specific safety Training.  Review & Implementation of EHS Procedures and SOP’s.  Organizing Safety Committee Meetings.  Supervision and Operational control of Effluent Treatment Plant.  Organizing EHS Training Programs (Internal & External)  Conducting, JSA, Method Statement, HIRA & HAZOP study.  Organizing EHS campaign such as PPE’s Exhibition, National Safety Week & World Environment Day.  Inspection of Hydrant system, fire Extinguishers, safety showers, smoke detectors etc.  Insuring Permit to work compliance, PTW trainings and conducting PTW audits.  Development and review of Site EHS procedure and documentation.  Incident investigation, root cause analysis, implementing its corrective and preventive actions.  Commissioning, operation and maintenance of Hydrant System.  EHS Legal Compliances: Consent to Establish, Consent to Operate, Fire NOC, HSD Storage License, Water Cess Returns, Hazardous Waste Management, Environmental Statement.  Conducting Emergency Drills on different scenarios, report preparation and review of onsite Emergency Plan.  Preparation of Monthly and annual EHS Reports.  Organizing External First Aid Training.  Environmental monitoring by external party as per legal requirement, Internal monitoring of Noise & Dust Monitoring. Projects EHS Responsibilities:  Conducting EHS Training / Site EHS Induction to all as per the company EHS Policy and site EHS Plan. Interacting with the contractor’s and provides the necessary advice to ensure Health and Safety Management activities.  Insuring/conducting Safety Tool Box Meeting to ensure that all workers are in proper implementation of safety rules
