Launched ambient business for Mother Dairy. Fresh Dairy GTM in South ,East and West India • Conceived and developed ‘Sales Capability vertical’ in Britannia Process , system and People Competency to move the business to one billion dollars. • Achieved jump shift in ‘Alternative Channels/ACD’ contribution from scratch to 400Crs in 3 yrs time. • Was awarded “President’s Global Ring of Honour” – the highest award for excellence in performance among 178 countries of operation by Ms. Indra Nooyi in 2002 in Pepsico.
