Responsible for Leading Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process of Supply review monthly for MEA region for a business revenue of USD 450 million • Successfully delivered on Service , Waste & DIOH management every financial quarter. • Responsible for Interpreting large amounts of information using Business Intelligence tool to identify root cause of excess / out of stock inventory, forecasts, low realization on category. • Awarded Supply Planning award for Beverage category. Significant Contribution- Successful lead the DIOH reduction by establishing forums across RM / PM & FG across all manufacturing units

• Responsible for creating annual supply / production plan for 42000mT. • Deploying inventory across MEA over 1200 SKU Locations. • Managing freshness & depletion plans for ageing stocks. • Liaison between Plants & other CS&L functions. Significant Contribution- Designing replenishment order cycle inline with DBNR of Factory thus enabling Direct plant shipments to distributor leading to savings in warehousing and increasing freshness

SKUs Covered- All categories of Mondelez Growth Markets. • Generating rolling shipment plan for 55,000mT highlighting the key drivers for movement in company's P&L statement. • Providing vital input in the management decision making through the IBP process by proposing the Unconstrained Demand Plan ; calculating the Statistical Base Line and leading the Building Block Process with Marketing, Sales, Category & Finance. • Proposing volumes and projections building blocks to reflect the Marketing and Sales efforts for any innovation project.

Managed 4000 plus SKUs across MEA and South east asia. • Manage 5 months running forecast at SKU level channel wise & customer wise. • Monthly Root cause analysis conducted on BIAS and adjusting forecast accordingly. • Created KPI for forecasting & implemented the same with IT department for better monitoring & reporting.

• Monitoring logistics cost incurred monthly for imported materials • Planning exports as per planned allocations & production constrains. • Prioritizing material movement keeping cash flow in focus. • Liaison with production leads ensuring production phasing is in line with requirements with minimum downtime. Significant Contribution- Created Fair share allocation rules for capacity constrained double edge blades across markets for inventory deployment
