• Assisting Programme Manager in planning, implementation, supervising and documentation of project activities. • Coordinating project activities across the assigned block with the support of community coordinators and outreach workers. • Monitoring the activities of community coordinators and data entry operators. • Fulfilling the obligations under the FOG in coordination with the Programme Manager and with the support of project team. • Liaising with State NCD Cell and Institute of Health Metrics and Evaluation for monitoring and evaluation. • Liaising with advocacy bodies for dissemination of results and improvement of project activities by reverse dissemination, policy strengthening and legislation. • Supporting Programme Manager in organizing capacity building workshops for outreach workers, frontline workers including MOs, ANMs, ASHAs, DMC staff, private allopathic and AYUSH physicians and pharmacists. • Submitting of narrative and quantitative reports on monthly/quarterly basis and as when required as per the project guidelines and request from the management.
