Credent Technology was the result of Management Buy-out (MBO) of Intergraph’s ASEAN operations. Founded the Business Process Services (BPS) division from ground-up, creating formal sales, presales, consulting, project delivery and support teams. Implemented a 5-point strategy across ASEAN in 2005 (1. Diversify & expand, 2. Value added branding, 3. Focus on large projects & services, 4. Increased net worth and 5. Teamwork). Transformed an underperforming business unit (Utilities & Communications) into a coherent commercial and operational business unit (Business Process), restoring profitability and forward momentum by regaining top end of certain markets and yielding 60% revenue increase over a five (5) year period. Introduced 2 new product lines (1. USA based communications OSS/BSS provider and 2. Europe based energy-power-utilities network modelling & simulation provider) and securing multiple contracts totaling USD 3 million across 4 ASEAN markets.
