• Responsible for defining Bandhan Bank’s IT, Digital, Cloud, Software Engineering, Cyber Security roadmap to build a large-scale Digital bank. • Headed Information Technology & BCP for India's fastest growing Bank with 2.1 crore customers and infrastructure of 4200 Branches. • Created BSG, ITGRC, PMO, EA, IT Strategy, BCM & DR, CTO, IT Infra, Middleware, IT Service Management, Business & Procurement, Digital & Automation Management, Quality & Process Re-Engineering verticals. • Created business value using IT and technology interventions, provided best in class digital solutions to Bank’s customers, ensured no business is missed where Technology is involved, implemented suitable technology governance & policy framework, managed Cyber Security landscape & regulatory compliance, and handled IT affairs at Bank’s board. • Represented Bandhan Bank as Honorary member at the Indian Banking CIO Forum constituted by IDRBT-Institute of Development & Research in Banking Technology - a Reserve Bank of India (RBI) enterprise.

• Managed the Run, Grow, Transform & New functions of Yes Bank, Implemented projects worth INR 200 crores. • Devised long term Enterprise Strategy of End User Support and Execution, Total Outsourcing Support strategy including Application Support along with IT Infra support, transitioned DR Centre from Chennai to Bengaluru, Set up of Near Site Disaster Recovery Centre • Set up & enabled BCP of entire bank from IT perspective having 1200 Branches ,1000 ATMs & 20000 plus Employees. • Ensured seamless delivery of IT Infra, App Support, IT GRC, Infosec Projects, IT finance, Service Desk & Security Operations Management functions seamlessly with all new projects from New to Bank perspective

• I was the first employee to be hired in DBOI to set up global IT Offshore centre from scratch which started with SOC Operations & SOC Engineering set up in one of the 4 delivery centres created in India with 14000 employees. • Expanded in 8 years to grow it to 1000 plus Employees- had App Development, App Support, IT Infra, NOC, Server, Storage & Backup management functions & all Infosec function delivery from DBOI (Deutsche Bank Offshore Entity). • Provided governance over middleware and app support functions outsourced to companies like Infosys/HCL /TCS As CAO of Bank Global Delivery Centres - all back-office functions excluding HR & Finance reported to me to provide flawless support to Bank's Global Delivery Centres from 4 locations in India supporting 15000 Employees

• Head the IT function for Bengaluru city providing IT, Apps, Infrastructure, Telecom & Cyber Security support for Bengaluru city having 30 Towers (300 locations) with 400 plus ODCs and 40000 employees, running out of these 30 towers within Bengaluru city.
