With a MBA in HR from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, I have more than 22 years of experience in managing the personnel and performance of over 5,000 employees across 15 states. I have successfully implemented various HR initiatives, such as talent acquisition, retention, talent management and development, engagement, reward, and recognition, to support the company's vision, mission, and values. I have also partnered with senior leaders and stakeholders to align the HR strategy with the business objectives and foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and sustainability.
