To look after Projects, Infrastructure, utilities & Govt. compliances activities & related functions for all group companies of Bekaert located in Ranjangaon campus. A) Projects (Expansion of building, plant & Machineries) • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and team members. • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and management in a timely and clear fashion. • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. • Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and senior management. • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. • Track project milestones and deliverables. • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. • Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas. • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. • Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project. B) Legal Compliances, liaisening and Licensing - Responsible for Govt. compliances, 

A) Infrastructure (Mechanical & Electrical) - Responsible for Infra & Utility of the plant. - Responsible for Electrical infra & utilities in the campus - Responsible for production machine erection & commissioning. - Responsible for selection of the equipments for plant. - To prepare floor drawings & machine layout for all the machines. - Responsible for Utility equipments installation. - Keep ready infrastructure before machine arrives. - Get approval from Government authorities for new projects as well extension of the capacity. - Make the requirements of the project & follow up - Involve for commercial negotiation & selection of the contractors - To make list/scope of work for projects. - Responsible for Projects activity. - Supervise the project work. - Float the enquiry & ask for the quotations. - To finalize the contractor / supplier or Architect with the help of purchase manager. - Keep the records, drawings of all projects. - To prepare MOM & communicate to management. B) Contract management Annual Maintenance Contract for all Utilities, Infrastructure & material handling equipments.... • Responsible for selection of the contractor • To make yearly PM schedule & check list for all the equipments • Follow up for preventive maintenance activity • To inform the breakdown to concern AMC contractor • To issue all the material / spares at the time of work. C) Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) • Member of plant safety committee & active participant in Task force team • Hazardous waste disposal management & follow up • Price negotiation with the help of purchase manager • To help global EHS team for yearly audit • To provide all the necessary documents to EHS team

Mechanical & Electrical - Maintenance (repair, modification, installation, testing, calibration, and assembly) in order to make sure that all Utility equipment and machines run properly. - Responsible for all follow-up with contractors related with AMC’s & machine repairs - Selection of the Contractors for various utility equipment AMC - Responsible for of all Utility, Material handling Equipment
