Manufacturing Audit for Finished Products

 Production planning and control  Planning the production schedule according to customer order and machine capacity.  Implementing the work order and checking work order after completion of production.  Preparing the report for management review.  Manpower utilization.  Purchasing the consumables for production department.  Overall Stock control and maintaining report.  ISO record maintaining(skill matrix, training need identification, list of machineries and capacity, customer satisfication,customer complaint register, enquiry register, contract review, internal audit plan and schedule, corrective action, list of suppliers and enrollment, purchase indent) .  Perform inspections of company products according to well defined criteria using standard physical, mechanical and/ or electrical measurements.  Documenting the results of the inspections and testing.  Maintaining the document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.  Coordinate calibration of all test equipment and fixtures.  Monitoring the critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation and calibration.  Evaluating the problems and making initial recommendations for possible corrective action given to supervisor.  Packing and Dispatch all finished products.
