I am a passionate Mechanical Engineer with Graduation in Mechanical Engineering & Post Graduate Diploma in Thermal Power Generation. I have dreamed of working in the mechanical core sector & started my career as an Operation Engineer in DB Power Ltd 600 MW Thermal Power Plant in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. After getting a practical Idea about the Industrial Sector, how industries work, what skills companies expect from Mechanical Graduates. Then I have decided to support mechanical core sector students from across the globe where students are having less awareness and preferring software industries over core because of lack of awareness about core industries. I have associated and became a partner with Synergem, a company which was started in 2008, recognized by Central Electricity Authority, Under Ministry of Power, Govt. of India & Started Post Graduate Program in Thermal Power Plant as per Indian Electricity Rules. Also we have associated with Jindal Institute of Power Technology in 2014. Conducted corporate training in leading companies like GMR, NTPC, Indiabulls, KSK Energy, Doosan Power, Adani Power, Reliance Power, LANCO etc. Our major milestone when we conducted corporate training for India bulls power Ltd in 2011, were we trained 120 employees. We have helped students in getting placements in prestigious companies in India & Abroad. Now we have our office head office at Hyderabad and Abroad offices at Abu Dhabi & Dubai. We are helping ITI, DIploma, B.Tech, M.Tech students in Training and placements in core sector by providing In-House Training in our Live working Industry. How we can be helpful to you: ITI/ Diploma students: We can hire them as a Paid Interns initially and then recruit them in our company. B.Tech & M.Tech Students: Providing them Internships, Live Industry specific Training, Live Projects & Placements. We give live In-House Practical Training in our Industry in Design, Casting / Forging, Welding / Fabrication, Inspection / Testing modules. We give complete industry exposure by Rotation on Job (ROJ) training in our Industry. Colleges: We support them by conducting Workshops, Guest Lectures, Faculty Development Programs (In both college & Industry), Internships (as per AICTE), Industry specific Trainings (by Industry Institute Partnership Proposal), Placements (Only in core Sector).
