My job role involves :- 1. New Formulation Development under 9(3) & 9(4) category as per NSDI request. 2. Great hands on experience on Conventional & Novel crop care formulation development like WP, WG, SP, SG, WS, DS, EC,SL,SC,FS,GR,EW,EG,OD,SE,CS,ZC,ZE,ZW,DC and others. 3. Great hands on experience on Pilot trials & Technology transfer of WP,WG,EC,SL,GR,SC,CS,EW,SE,FS,OD formulations to manufacturing. 4. Supports internal & external customers like Manufacturing ( Technology transfer of new formulations & Problems solving of existing formulation,for smooth manufacturing), CQAL ( Sharing Technology transfer Manuals), PD teams ( Samples for Bio-efficacy trials),Regulatory team ( LSST initiation & Data compile, Chemistry dossiers preparation, Samples for University trials,CCC,Toxicology & for CIL), Procurement & Purchase ( Identification of new vendors for actives,surfactants and other auxiliaries to de-risk single vendor dependency’s), Sales & Marketing ( Samples for All India Demo trials & solving bio-efficacy related issues),IPR team ( preparation of IDF’s). 5. Development & technology transfer of Crop nutrition formulations like Soluble liquids,Suspensions, Water soluble fertilisers as per FCO guidelines. 6. In-house development of Tank mix adjuvants for Herbicides, Insecticides & Fungicides formulations. 7. In-depth knowledge on solo, two way,three way & four ways pesticide formulation development. 8. Well aware of CIPAC,BIS,FAO guidelines. 9. Planning & execution of ASST,TWT,CCC studies. 10. Procurement of RM’s from mfg.units & from different surfactant vendor for Formulation Development. 11. Planning & cascading departmental work to team members and reporting the same to Formulation Head. 12. Arranging Formulation seminars to new joiners & trainees. 13. Participating in weekly CFT’s meetings and R&D MRM’s to achieve Departmental goals in align with Companies Goals.

Worked as a Junior research scientist in F&D.Had hands of experience on Pharmaceutical Sustain release capsules,Pharmaceutical Powders,Suspensions & Emulsions.
