Supervising the OD/ID Grind, and Small Machine departments, communicating with the production team both on the floor and in the office in order to coordinate job priority, ensure necessary tooling is obtained, and all resources are utilized to reduce waste. Managing the production and repair process of over 50 customer parts, coordinating with the customer, machinists, and management in order to ensure each part is completed on schedule, and if there are delays, they are explained and communicated accordingly to ensure the customer understands why. Updating customers on the progress of their parts through daily and weekly meetings, creating production breakdowns and timelines in order to allow better visualization with shop scheduling.

Reverse-engineering received customer parts for refurbishment or fabrication, creating 2D, and at times, 3D engineering drawings for machinists to reference when machining or manufacturing parts. Performing as found visual inspections for marine propeller shafts and generating inspection reports to be reviewed and stored by customer for pre-repair records. Designed and fabricated a surface cold rolling machine to be used for marine propeller shafts, starting with a 3D model, creating drawings for over 100 components, fabricating each component, and then assembling the entire machine.

Transfer and organize digital copies of various aerospace and medical electronic wiring schematics, engineering drawings and assemblies, and numerous other quality and production documents in order to efficiently maintain, document, and access customer files. Provide new product review, planning, and process implementation for production. Create manufacturing assembly instructions from customer submitted engineering part/assembly drawings and BOM in order to assist PCB and electronic assembly processes for technicians and operators on manufacturing floor. Perform final quality inspections of PCB and box build assemblies using first article inspection reports prior to outgoing shipment.

Worked with customers over the phone as well as in person to acquire all the required materials for the upcoming school year, ensuring all supplies are accounted for on the shelves, and if not, making sure these items are brought out from back stock or ordered for resupply. Received general university merchandise as well as course books from UPS every day, constantly lifting and moving boxes into the store from the loading dock and processing numerous packages per day before sending them out to the floor. Packaged and processed textbooks, learning materials, and general campus merchandise in order to provide customers their orders are completed as soon as possible, maximizing efficiency and satisfaction.

Designed CAD models and created highly detailed drawings using SolidWorks for the electronic components of the race car, specifically the relays, mounting plate, battery box, and ECU in order to perform prior planning for electronics layout to optimize space. Redeveloped wiring harness in order to fully integrate all pressure and temperature sensors, ensuring all data was connected and accurately outputting data for driver reference, and race statistics recorded using MoTeC M1 Tuning software. Manufactured the primary mounting plate as well as the dashboard for electronic component mounting via carbon fiber layups. Prepared part order forms as well as justifications in order to properly detail the necessity of a certain part, analyzing numerous options each with different capabilities and prices and then finalizing the decision depending on overall specifications.

Responsible for designing creatives using Adobe software for use on automotive dealership websites for advertising purposes. Researched and implemented a more efficient process of designing creatives using data merging, combining data collected on an Excel sheet and Adobe Illustrator in order to output finished designs. Worked with automotive dealership managers in order to coordinate advertising goals, discussing weekly every new creatives needed and deals that would need to be advertised. Organized and logged all creatives being sent out and being sent back via Microsoft Excel, making sure any corrections were noted and fixed immediately.
