As the Content and Research Lead at FinNest, my college’s finance society, I oversee the publication of our finance-focused newsletter, ensuring the delivery of well-researched and relevant financial insights to our audience. My responsibilities include conducting in-depth market research, developing high-quality content, and managing the editorial process. In addition to content leadership, I also organize and execute events focused on finance and business, aimed at enhancing financial literacy and industry engagement within the student community. This role has refined my expertise in financial research, content strategy, and event management, while contributing to the growth and impact of the society.

Currently pursuing a one-month internship at the 165 MW gas-based Captive Power Plant of the Guru Gobind Singh Refinery (HMEL Bathinda) under STEAG Energy Services. I’m gaining hands-on exposure to field instruments, sensors, and control systems used in power plant operations. I’m learning how DCS and PLCs manage gas and steam turbines, understanding signal flow, safety interlocks, and how real-time data is used for monitoring and optimizing plant performance. This experience is helping me apply theoretical knowledge in a real industrial environment.

As a Marketing Team Member for my college's annual fest, I was responsible for securing sponsors and assisting in event management. I worked on outreach, negotiations, and helped ensure smooth coordination across teams, contributing to the event’s overall success.This experience strengthened my skills in relationship building, event coordination, and teamwork, contributing to the overall success of the event.

As a core member of my college's Innovation and Incubation Cell (IIC), I am responsible for organizing and managing events focused on startups and entrepreneurship. My role involves planning, coordinating logistics, and collaborating with teams to ensure the successful execution of events that promote innovation and business development among students.
