Kinaxis Configuration & Development: Responsible for configuration and development activities of Kinaxis Maestro, including authoring, data integration, data administration, and system administration tasks. SAP SCM APO Delivery & Support: Supported global APO systems across DP, SNP, and PP/DS; handled incident, problem, and escalation management through SMT, resolving 500+ tickets including month-end, cutover, and global integration activities. Experience transferable to Kinaxis application development. · Functional Deployment: Enhanced and deployed functionalities across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, MPS, and Inventory Management modules based on evolving business requirements. System Configuration & Enhancements: Delivered enhancements in APO planning systems (process chain monitoring, data consistency fixes, and performance tuning). aligned with Kinaxis Supply Planning principles of constraint-based planning and real-time scenario simulation. · Monitored and resolved planning run failures (process chain errors, CIF queue issues, master data gaps), improving data quality and system performance — similar to Kinaxis task automation and troubleshooting. Implementation & Lifecycle Support: Actively participated in APO implementation projects including testing, UAT, documentation (SOPs, Job Aids), and APO integration with SAP HANA and downstream planning systems. Collaboration & Agile Delivery: Worked closely with global APO & planning teams to define business requirements, design solutions, and deliver them via agile sprints using DevOps tools. · Knowledge Management: Conducted KT sessions, authored SOPs and technical documentation, and mentored team members for faster onboarding. · Data Engineering & Reporting: Designed ETL pipelines and dashboards in Power BI and Qlik Sense to support APO reporting, KPI analytics, and audit requirements.

I worked as a Data Engineer within the DSL (Data Science Lab) team, where I specialized in designing and implementing dashboards using Power BI and QlikSense. My role involved analyzing complex datasets, transforming raw data into actionable insights, and creating intuitive visualizations tailored to meet business objectives. By leveraging the advanced capabilities of Power BI and QlikSense, I developed dashboards that not only highlighted key performance metrics but also facilitated data-driven decision-making across various stakeholders. My focus was on ensuring data accuracy, optimizing performance, and delivering user-friendly interfaces that enabled seamless exploration of critical information.

During my last semester internship at Trinaabh Infotech, I was provided with an existing code for an expense tracker application. My primary responsibility was to analyze the code, troubleshoot any issues, and run the application on our devices. This experience allowed me to deepen my understanding of Java and Android Studio, as I worked on improving the app’s functionality, ensuring smooth integration with mobile platforms, and optimizing performance.
