As a Contract Digital Marketing Strategist at Ethical Digital, I played a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives for a diverse range of clients. I crafted and managed content calendars to ensure consistent and impactful messaging, helped build engaging showcases to highlight the company's expertise, and provided data-driven insights to optimize digital campaigns. Running active ingredient syntheses, helping with product formulations. Optimize parameters for synthesis of existing and novel active ingredients. Analyzing SEM, IR of reaction products. Compiling and preparing lab summaries and presentations. Ideating novel product ideas during R&D meetings. Administering Neurofeedback (NFB) intervention treatment to patients that have been clinically diagnosed with Anxiety, OCD, ADHD etc. Scheduling patient appointments for NFB sessions. Guiding participants through measures such as the Conner’s and the MASC to test overall progress and effectiveness of the NFB intervention. Training new incoming research assistants on lab protocol and techniques. Coordinating patients sessions, training new research assistants, organizing the lab and intervention office. Creating new patient and session cancellation protocols as well and organizing hard copies of patient data.

Prepared cell cultures, split cells, prepared Western Blot, protein isolation via cell lysis. Experienced in running protein assays, and running ECIS experiments and quantitative analysis of data obtained from blots

Part of a quality improvement project team. Assessed a current problem in the emergency department at Centre for Addictions and Mental Health, interviewed stakeholders immediately involved in the process, formalized a “current-state” process map and identified pain points and weaknesses in the existing process. Ideated a “future state” process map with potential solutions and created an implementation strategy considering feasibility and ease of adopting each proposed intervention.

The Translational Research Program (TRP), is a graduate degree program developed at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto, that has created a framework and curriculum to train highly skilled personnel who are able to generate new ideas; apply creative problem-solving; and navigate complexities and ambiguities associated with the translation of knowledge into patient-centric innovations that improve medicine, health and care.
