Supervised 65+ staff members setting up the ANZ stadium to hold 83,500 seats of Chemist Warehouse products. In my role, I worked in a fast-paced environment being able to make decisions under high pressure while maintaining and executing a standard of excellence. As a supervisor, I delegated tasks to staff members and supervised their performance and provided critical feedback when necessary. In my role, I was also responsible for resolving any conflicts or issues with management and staff members by giving practical and efficient solutions. I was also capable of the logistics and transportation for in and out of the venue by navigating drivers and coming up with solutions to be the quick and efficient on import and exporting the products. In the end, through effective and clear communication and hard work and dedication, the project was a success and delivered before the deadline.

As a Personal Trainer at Mount Royal University, I customize each and one of my client's workout programs, where I emphasize the importance in "Personal" in Personal Training. Where the client's workout program should be catered to their specific goals.

MRU Recreation is focused on inspiring our community to realize the benefits of living a healthy, active lifestyle. Through offering wide variety of activities, including personal training, fitness classes, climbing, aquatics, sports, events, tournaments and certifications. As a weightlifting instructor, I focus on the key fundamentals technique to help instruct participant to excel in this growing sport. By planning efficient programs to help maximize participants full potential by demonstrating mobility exercises and break-down movements of the snatch and the clean and jerk. As well as modifying exercises to best fit the participants need. This sport can be taught and learned by anyone.

As a Fitness Center Associate, I facilitate participation in fitness and recreational programs and services for our clients by providing orientation around our fitness center. By providing welcoming greetings and demonstrating excellent customer service that the user feel this is a community in which they belong. Besides providing customer interactions I ensure general cleanliness of facilities through distributing clean towels, full bottles, and identify custodial cleaning and reporting any maintenance issues as soon as possible.

As a Recreation Leader I deliver exciting programs to children and youth, and responsible for general recreation programs such as special events, children/youth programs, and day camps. By providing meaningful program activities and complete comprehensive lesson plans for children and youth. As well I demonstrate leadership in multiple of recreational activities to program participants.

Serving and enriching the community, and open to the general public, Vecova Recreation Centre offers a wide variety of activities for the whole family, including Red Cross swimming classes in our warm salt water pool, fitness classes, children's parties, summer camps and host of other activities. As a Aquatic Shift Leader I was responsible for the supervision of all lifeguards and instructor on duty. As well I oversee and operate the pool's chemical and maintenance room to make sure that the pool is meeting the healthy standard for patrons. I also overlook the day to day operation of pool of classes and program. Lastly, I provide effective and professional communications to customers and co-workers.

As a lifeguard, my duties are to prevent any foreseeable hazards and to be the first responder if a situations does occur. As a swim instructor, I teach children the fundamentals on how to perfect their swim strokes while developing confidence and self-esteem.
