AppUniverz is a non-profit organization aiming to support young entrepreneurs in Taiwan, with the use of technology and mentorship guidance combined with joint university courses, hackathon, and social connection. Launched by National Tsing Hua University and National Chiao Tung University, AppUniverz coordinates resources from the industry, government, and academia to help young entrepreneurs develop Apps and make their debut on the global stage. The management team of AppUniverz includes consultants from ITRI, Google, Plurk CEO, and KKBOX CTO etc. • Designed and launched the AUCC (AppUniverz Captain Training Camp) from scratch, building the end-to-end curriculum framework for an 8-week program (14 sessions, 2 workshops). • Led lecturer outreach and coordination, inviting industry professionals from consulting, venture capital, cloud services, and technology sectors. • Owned course planning, scheduling, and demo day execution, working closely with startup teams and external stakeholders.
