Supported in the preparation and implementation of Continuing Medical Education (CME) events for pediatricians in the state of Maryland. Performed administrative and office support duties for multiple supervisors such as answering telephones, creating spreadsheets, word processing, organizing and filing. Also assisted in organizing and presenting data for long term CME project regarding quality improvement for patients with obesity.

Assisted UMBC residents with moving into Potomac residence hall. Ensured safety and security of all residents by responding to crises in a timely manner and monitoring all residents and visitors entering building. Sorted, logged and distributed over 3,000 packages to residents. Proposed 7–page recommendation report for the installation of an efficient online visitor security system.

Copy editor for UMBC's school newspaper, The Retriever Weekly. Assisted in reviewing articles prior to bein published. Checked for grammar, spelling, style and factual accuracy in correspondence with Associated Press style writing.
