Estate planning: We support clients in all aspects of estate planning, including comprehensive planning with financial advisors and CPA’s for personal plans and business succession. Consulting: we provide consulting and of-counsel services to Arizona based law firms in the realm of plaintiff workers’ compensation matters.

Lorona Mead, PLC is a full service law firm. I worked mainly in the realm of civil litigation and employment law, although I assisted in family law cases as well. I drafted all legal documents starting with demand letters, complaints, pretrial motions and responses and followed the case through its duration to either hopeful settlements or trial. My supervising attorneys relied on my ability to adequately represent the needs of our clients, knowing they would not need to make major adjustments in order the ensure efficiency throughout the case. As legal research is the backbone of this profession, I looked for answers daily and formed the best and correct solutions in a vast array of legal areas.

Phillips Dayes Law Firm is a national employment law firm. I reviewed legal documents, participated in client consultations, wrote legal memoranda, and completed legal projects for firm partner Trey Dayes and attorney Sean Davis.

The Harding Firm is a family law and juvenile law firm. I assisted attorney Kina Harding with her many client cases through legal writing, documentation, legal research, and attending court hearings.

Courses included: Introduction to Law, Criminal Justice Agency Administration, Legal Environment of Business with a time commitment of 8-12 hours per week. (8 total) My position of the teaching assistant for eight total classes was one which was selected by the course instructor, Judge Bradley P. Lunsford, based upon academic success, ability to lead while taking instruction, and knowledge of each subject. My responsibilities for each class, ranging from 40-100 students in each, included taking attendance, administering and proctoring exams, scheduling makeup exams, reporting progress of student athletes, and providing tutoring and guidance for all students.

Courses Included: Introduction to Law; Race, Crime & Justice; Communication and Information Technology (3 total) My responsibilities included attending each class and taking tedious notes based on subject matter, the professor's verbal comments and examples; organizing and reformatting my first draft of notes into the company's approved format to be printed and sold the next day. I also created practice exams with 35-40 questions on each for each class.
