My responsibilities include general administrative tasks within the office such as photocopying or printing documents, answering phones and monitoring the reception desk. I also worked as a mid-day assistant helping the children during their lunch hour.

I ran my own small cupcake business selling to friends and colleagues. I managed all areas of the business an made a small profit.

I assisted the team of laboratory technicians in a high school with day to day tasks such as preparing resources for classes, organising chemical stores, assembling displays and general administrative work.

I studied Biochemistry and Microbiology within the department of Molecular biology and biotechnology. This included practical laboratory skills as well as a literature review and practical laboratory project, and has provided me with a broad knowledge of the field. I studied A levels in Biology(A*), Chemistry(A), Mathematics(A), English literature(C), and General studies(B). I also attained an AS level in critical thinking (A).
