I’m a talent leader and recruiter specializing in Go-To-Market and Corporate hiring for high-growth and startup environments. My experience includes supporting GTM recruiting initiatives at Samsara, where I partnered with leadership to build sales, customer success, marketing, and corporate teams in a fast-scaling environment. My background is somewhat unconventional for recruiting—I’ve launched startups, led operations, and served as a CEO—so I understand firsthand what it takes to scale a business, build teams from the ground up, and make the right hires at the right time. Because of this, I approach recruiting as a business function, not just a hiring function. I focus on talent strategy, process improvement, and aligning hiring plans with company growth goals. Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with founders and executive teams on executive search, talent operations, hiring strategy, and organizational buildouts. I’ve helped companies streamline hiring processes, improve pipelines, reduce time-to-fill, and build strong teams across GTM, G&A, and leadership roles. In addition to recruiting and talent operations, I also have experience in business development, marketing, and organizational strategy, which allows me to understand roles beyond just the job description and focus on how each hire impacts the broader business.
