To design the lean process of engineering, successfully applied in Bali Substation Project. The challenge during the project is how to manage the project by LEAN CONCEPT following ALSTOM ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT and TOYOTA WAY. Some keypoints applied on this project are design strategy, design review, concurrent engineering, one piece flow, right first time, visual management, and continuous improvement. The training I had participated was ALSTOM ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT which was conducted by ALSTOM FRANCE CENTRAL TEAM. In one year period, I was trained the SAP phillosophy concept by ALSTOM SHANGHAI SAP EXPERTS for MM module. I was awarded as QUALITY AGENT because of my competence in focus on the quality and continuous improvement. Recrntly, my concern is the engineering, procurement, construction and engineering management.
