Victor Alfredo Robles

With over 29 years of experience in the world of strategic design and branding, I’ve had the privilege of shaping some of the most innovative campaigns across Latin America. As the Founder and Creative Director of Design Culture Company (formerly garcia+robles), I’ve led a dynamic, award-winning team that consistently pushes the boundaries of creativity for international brands and agencies alike. My career kicked off in the 90s at top-tier agencies like BBDO, Ogilvy, McCann, and Y&R. In 1997, I founded my own company, which has since grown into a regional leader, known for its bold ideas and forward-thinking solutions in design, branding, and digital strategy. Beyond running a design studio, I’m passionate about teaching and have shared my insights as a professor at Universidad Francisco Marroquín and Universidad Rafael Landívar. I’ve honed my craft with a diverse academic background, holding Master’s degrees in Film Direction from Florence and Cuba, as well as a specialization in Service Innovation Design from London’s Royal College of Art and several different certificates from Central Saint Martin's UAL. Design Culture Company works across a broad spectrum—finance, fashion, hospitality, urban design, and more. We’ve earned top industry accolades, including Jade Awards, FIAP, Clio Awards, and recognition from El Ojo de Iberoamérica.
