Functions: • Personnel management to perform mantto tasks. Corrective / preventive of 5 food plants, warehouses and support areas. • Supervise third-party jobs and establish a relationship with national and international suppliers to purchase spare parts. • Planning of preventive maintenance and plant shutdown programs. Achievements: • 100% compliance with the monthly preventive maintenance program of the AJM / PMA plants • Improvements implemented in AJS plant (100% reduction of bottle drops in conveyors) AJV (placement of mechanical knocker for noodle welding stuck in basket) AJM (Record of history by machine critical in situ, together with a AMEF of repetitive tasks ) • Packaging machine overhaul of the PMA plant. Increase of availability in 95% of the packaging machines.

Functions: • Preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of the CO2 plant. Support in maintenance work in the acetylene plant. Supervise third parties. • Patrolling of the CO2 plant and tanks of GGAA and CO2. Cryogenic maintenance and repair of tanks. Main achievements: • Modification of position and types of cooling tower propellers • Survey of critical aspects of cryogenic pumps and maintenance manager. • Update of CO2 plant machinery data to decommission the plant.

Functions: Corrective and preventive maintenance of bucket elevators, pneumatic fans, centrifugal pumps, mills, conveyor threads, speed reducers, conveyor belts among others. Manufacture of metal structures, platforms and pipes. Make technical sheets of all the machinery of the company. Assembly and disassembly of motors, bearings, V-belt, sprockets, speed reducers. Achievements: Modification of the structure of the conveyor threads to optimize production.

Functions: Responsible for the corrective maintenance of hydraulic presses. Achievement: optimal exercise of hydraulic presses.

Functions: Carry out a continuous improvement project called "5s" in different areas of the company. Achievements: reduced downtime in work areas due to the good classification of tools. 85% of the "5s" methodology was implemented
