For the past 11 years, I have worked actively with guests and developed great ease in dealing with the public. In the last 4 years, as a partner of the company, I have engaged in administrative tasks with excellence. After taking over, I developed new administrative methods in the company through the digitalization of all processes related to reservations, accommodation control, invoices and payments. Using my ability to deal with all types of people, I learned to understand their expectations and use all the tools available in the company to always bring the best experience to my client. Developed strategies to publicize and attract new customers through loyalty policies. I undertake all commercial negotiation relations with health insurance companies and travel agencies.

As a musician, I developed great communication skills with large audiences. In addition to the musical part, as the band's frontman, I developed online marketing strategies and drew up an action plan for recording and promoting the album. I manage the registration of all songs, as well as the copyrights collections.

I developed the script and planning for three video clips by Banda Noa. Responsible for managing people, I carried out the research and visitation of locations, such as casting actors.

As an intern, I assisted in the process of modeling and implementing the “Cervejaria Ghesti Beer” within the company, suggesting new proposals for production and quality control. During that period, I participated in an internal college competition of beer production and my team qualified in first place. In my final internship report, I carried out several market researches, elaborating a business plan for the reuse of inputs from the agricultural company through the creation of the brewery.

During graduation, I performed mainly in the laboratory area in Organic Chemistry and Industrial Process Control for 3 years. I created a strong connection with teamwork when designing an industrial plant together with my fellow students in my course completion report. In addition to designing the pumps for the project, I performed the complete integration of safety and process control protocols in all areas of my colleagues. Teamwork has given us maximum mention in the discipline, and today, our work is an academic reference in several countries.
